Perceived Attributes of the Instructor stood out to me as that is sometimes hard to adjust since it is part of our personatily. while others can be learned and adjusted more, thus can be addressed more readily.

  There are some days that you just have to fake it until you make it to the end of the day. This being said, I don’t mean to be fake but to just be kind and have a warm smile and presence in your classroom even when you might be having an off day.

This research was not entirely surprising. Students give me feedback all the time through my own questioning, university feedback or their siblings who end up in my class. I have always heard they take my class because I am kind, caring, and love my syllabus because the class is structured exactly as outlined on it, etc. It helps when you love doing what to do too. 🙂
