I use a mixture of items to create the perfect class: a short lecture with engaging discussion questions, activities to help them understand the topic, a video of a speech to critique as a class, and an assignment so they can demonstrate what they have learned.

My school recently switched to a new LMS and I’ve found it to be more organized and user-friendly, and my students have said the same. It has made class management easier and I’m seeing more student interaction with it than with the previous LMS.
