I am grateful for my colleagues and my students especially who show growth and spring surprises. Recently I had a student team, which I thought was technically and academically week, and they confirmed that by performing the works on the 1st presentation. However, they performed significantly better for the 2nd presentation where they not only addressed our comments and feedback, but they also went beyond to ensure they successfully completed most of their project. I’m grateful for such students who not only heed your advice, but also take the initiative to realize their own potential.
