    Oh, this isn’t fair!

WITHOUT GOOGING! What is the USDA’s 2024 estimate for U.S. turkey meat production (ready-to-cook weight)?

Too much! 🤣 Seven hundred thousand???

Bonus question: What were the top five states for turkey production in 2023?

Ohio is always on someone’s list. Iowa, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Utah – all the middle states. Lol

I know that I am completely wrong on all of this! Lol! Happy Thanksgiving! This was fun and educational!!! Blessings!

My guess is one billion pounds. As for the top states: Texas, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, Illinois

I honestly have no idea! My turkey knowledge is seriously lacking. But if I had to guess, maybe 25 million pounds of turkey meat? As for the bonus question, I’m thinking states like Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Arkansas? Just a total guess based on Thanksgiving vibes! 🦃🍗
