THANKFUL THREADS DAY 5!

We are staying home alone this year for the first time in 20 years! We got married ON THANKSGIVING DAY 27 years ago because I was in grad school and it was the only week I had off school. LOL

I am thankful for the opportunity to stay home and we’re going to have a very small meal and stay quiet and catch up on movies and deer hunting.

How nice! After Thanksgiving everyone is coming to our house to go hog and deer hunting.

We have hosted since the first year we were married and now that my son got married we go to his house which is an hour and a half away. We are taking my ham and my husband’s mash potatoes. We are also taking my parents and my husband’s parents with us! 😂 It is going to be a good time!

I have traveled and I have hosted. This year, I will do neither, though — lots of papers to grade. However, I’m still grateful for every breath I take, and I can call my friends and relatives.
