    This is awesome! I would love to learn chair yoga from an educator! Their contribution to the importance of exercise and relaxation for primarily sedentary individuals would be great! You know sitting is considered the new smoking!!!

    Possible topics could be: mindfulness, life and work balance or advancement in the workplace.

    There are many programs out there but the only one I truly use is Kagan so maybe but I know they are expensive. All the wonderful things we are being taught in these classes run right along with their practices so a lot of it is repeated. I have been through many different trainings through the years and Kagan and Capturing Kids Hearts are the ones that were most meaningful and useful. The classes I have taken here are basically those two combined so that says a lot to me. I will have to think about this. I answered that survey and placed some things on it. I would be willing to administer a topic. But, I might have to revisit this question.
