Frequently Asked Questions

Active enrollment in or completion of at least one course on the pathway to certification in the Effective Teaching Practice Framework or Fostering a Culture of Belonging is required to be a member of the ACUE Commons. Course enrollment is subject to the ACUE Terms and Conditions. If you’re not sure these courses are for you, please email courses@acue.org to discuss your situation. 

An ACUE Commons Membership is for one year. After the year, your membership will automatically renew, and your credit card will be charged. 

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with information on how to access the ACUE Commons through “My Dashboard” on learn.acue.org. Initially you will be required to set up an account. 

If you’ve taken previous ACUE Certification courses using Canvas, this learn.acue.org account that houses ACUE’s Commons is separate.

Institutions may register a group of faculty in the Commons by contacting the program director at courses@acue.org. Institutions that enroll learners in ACUE’s Commons are subject to the cancellation policy listed on our subscription policy page. 

Faculty groups should consider ACUE’s offerings for Institutions, which are available through a Commons membership. Contact us for details and package pricing.  

Yes, your membership to the Commons will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged. Manage your subscription from your account. All subscription changes must be made within 3 days of renewal to ensure accurate billing.
