ETP - Advancing Achievement for All Students

Rationale

When students enter a course, they bring different levels of preparation, familiarity with academic expectations, and awareness of how to access help. By identifying readiness early, offering clear guidance, and connecting students to targeted support, instructors can help close these preparation gaps and set students up for success. Early and structured interventions have been shown to increase both academic confidence and performance (Karp & Bork, 2014).
