									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>From a student&#8217;s perspective who is used to playing &#8220;the grade game,&#8221; studying/cramming only for exams, meeting the requirements of a rubric, and generally motivated extrinsically by a grade, the introduction of a learning environment that promotes long-term learning strategies may seem difficult, awkward, unusual, and even disorganized. </p>
