Whenever I have the chance, I like to talk about

YouTube videos of dogs, elephants, and clumsy panda bears. Vegan food. Fitness. Skincare. Languages.

Something I'm knowledgeable about that I can share with others is

sharing practices that create a chill classroom vibe and help students see how the content connects to their current lives and future careers.

Something I'd like to learn more about from my peers is

hearing how others keep feedback meaningful without burning out.With 200+ students writing essays each semester, I’m always looking for ways to grade faster without losing the personal touch. I use rubrics and have a 'feedback on request' policy to help manage the load, but I still like to give some unsolicited feedback, even if it goes unread.
