Hi Maria, I’m getting ready for the fall. I keep thinking about bringing music in, and getting to class 15 minutes early, playing Zumba songs. Encouaging dancing and building alertness. In my 8 am classes last term, it often seemed the students were in a transitory state of sleep when they entered the classroom.
