									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I create &#8220;follow along&#8221; exercises. Students use algorithmic exercises so all have same exercise but with different numbers. I create a video of me solving and analyzing the solution process bringing into it key elements from the current chapter and where appropriate previous chapters.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Data analytics or as I like to call it &#8211; learning analytics &#8211; is a key topic because you can&#8217;t manage student success is you can&#8217;t measure success. So many learning tools are sources of data, but tools to manipulate the data and provide dashboards would be so much more helpful is guiding student success.</p>
