									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A continued fight for the takeover of mental health therapeutic diagnosing by AI. It is out there doing it now and I am not sure we are properly educating students on how to utilize AI but avoid its complete takeover of the profession. There is concern as a report out this week stated nationwide job creation has flatlined due to AI.</p>

If am doing an online course, I prefer a synchronous course. I have had several students of asynchronous courses tell me they &#8220;can&#8217;t ask questions&#8221; or &#8220;don&#8217;t know their professor&#8221; well enough to ask questions. I will say, we have received tips here that could help with that, but still not my preference. </p>
