I’m reading Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, an inspiring read about how small, thoughtful gestures can create truly memorable experiences. The author, Will shares his experiences in the restaurant/hospitality business, but the ideas apply to education, specifically how we build community, show students we care, and create a culture people want to be part of. The book has me thinking differently about what it means to really serve others. I think it’s worth adding to your list of books to read this summer.
