    I’m sorry you’re feeling like this and it sounds like your break is coming at the best time. What are some of the strategies you use to recharge and refill your cup? For me, it’s usually going for walks or yoga (wish I could make the chair yoga tomorrow but I can’t!) or sometimes even a nap.
