    For me, I always like to connect with my students to wrap up the semester, those who improved, those who needed a push and those who needed serious help. I also like to write something warm and encouraging for those remarkable A students who did really well throughout the semester.

    On final exam day, I always like to give my students a small gift of encouragement that always drew a smile on their faces 🙂
