Weird – I just did a Thanksgiving Turkey Trivia game that came to my e-mail the other day but I’m afaid I don’t remember much! Can’t even make a guess at how much turkey is eaten. But I remember being surprised that North Carolina is a top turkey producing state (don’t know about a year though). I think Arkansas and Minnesota are turkey producers also. Maybe Iowa, too? They grow lots of corn there.
