    Dr. Ziegler,

    Congratulations! It was a pleasure reading your Spotlight piece.

    One area that stood out was your interest in mindfulness techniques in academic settings. I remember reading a while back that the movie Director David Lynch and his foundation were bringing Transcendental Meditation to high-stress Chicago inner-city schools with excellent results.
