Thomas A. Angelo, EdD
Angelo, a clinical professor at the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy, is a seasoned educator and researcher with 30 years of experience spanning the United States, New Zealand, and Australia. As the director of Educator Development, he shapes the PharmD curriculum and collaborates on educational research projects. Angelo, who has taught at prestigious institutions like Harvard University, is a prolific author with a notable publication, “Classroom Assessment Techniques: A Handbook for College Teachers,” coauthored with K. Patricia Cross. With a wealth of experience, he has directed multiple educational development centers, founded four, and delivered over 90 keynote addresses at higher education conferences.
