I am very happy to be here with other educator who are open and willing to learn with each other about how to become experts in our craft. I always saw face-to-face teaching as performance art and I feel like ACUE is the actor’s studio for becoming an Oscar winner.

I try to translate that performance art concept to my online classes through interactive lectures, group meet-ups, and online office hours. ACUE gives me a roadmap to follow for that so that my online teaching can be just as fulfilling as the face-to-face style I enjoy. I have found that online teaching is MUCH MORE DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING to do correctly/effectively/well than face-to-face. Does anyone else have that experience?
