These look fantastic! I’ll attend whenever I can. I’d love to see more discussions focused on technology integration and AI education. Many of the students I’ve spoken with are eager to learn how to use AI ethically and effectively, but they’re also apprehensive. Some are outright terrified of using these tools because they fear being accused of cheating. This anxiety is preventing them from gaining essential skills, and we need to address this quickly.

One challenge is that many of us—faculty and staff included—aren’t entirely sure how to use AI ourselves, let alone how to teach it effectively. What I’d really appreciate are workshops or sessions that go beyond surface-level discussions of the different types of AI tools. I want practical guidance on how to use specific tools and how to teach students to use them confidently and responsibly.

I’m also interested in learning how to advocate for institutional adoption of AI. While there are plenty of amazing tools out there, many come with a cost that can make training feel frustrating or incomplete. For example, ChatGPT’s premium features cost $20/month, which might not seem like much to some, but it’s not feasible for everyone. This is just one example of a broader issue—accessibility to fully functional tools.

Finally, the sheer number of tools being promoted feels overwhelming. Many seem to offer the same functionality, making it hard to determine which ones are worth investing time and resources in. Clear guidance on navigating this crowded landscape would be invaluable.
