    I am actually part of a book group starting in January. We are reading A Leadership Guide for Women in Higher Education. It will be pretty great because the organizer is a wizard and has already structured discussions for each chapter. I think I am most looking forward to being more confident in my right to “take up space” in high-level conversations. If I am in the room or invited to the table I want to be confident in sharing my thoughts and ideas.
